All our products are handcrafted with utmost love and care. Premium grade of fabrics are used and are thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
Yes, but limited to colour and add ons only. We have provided a color chart incase you wish to get your preferred colour. We provide additional fabrics to complete the look. Add on work like mukaish, pearl and sequin work can also be customized.
Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Chikankari outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.
We are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Only exchange is accepted in case of damaged or defective condition. However, any modifications can be made before the order is dispatched.
